Studio Pilates commits to deliver high standard matwork and reformer Pilates classes to bring the changes you seek for your body and wellbeing. Practising Pilates will not only help you improve your posture and sense of well being but also build your core stability, strength, flexibility and mobility. You will find that it increases your ability to cope with everyday tasks. Regular practice is essential to help our Pilates classes deliver their promise and achieve the results you want!

The Studios are conveniently located in the centre of Ilkley, near Leeds in Yorkshire. If you fancy a rest after a Pilates class, you can enjoy freshly pressed drinks at the Veggie Cafe.

Then look no further as we have a Fat Loss Bootcamp concept that will GUARANTEE you will lose stubborn body fat in time for the party season with a cutting edge exercise and diet plan.
Our healthy diet plan will blast your excess fat and reshape your body. It’s not a faddy or gimmicky plan just a simple easy to follow guide that clearly sets out exactly what you can and cant eat over the 4 weeks. The Fitness Pilates Bootcamp workouts are all based on the original exercises and teachings of Joseph Pilates but bought bang up to date with functional training exercises and tabata style Pilates workouts.
The workouts will tone and streamline your body, enhance posture, flatten your stomach and strengthen your back without intensive stress and strains on the body. We will progress you through the Pilates exercises and workouts ensuring you get the results you want! Fitness Pilates Bootcamp is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities are all very welcome and will be catered for in small groups.
For the month we will be your personal trainer and will email you the diet plans, motivational and educational information telling you exactly what to do and what to eat – DAILY! There’s no starvation just the best nutritional foods to rev up your metabolism.
When you sign up for the Fitness Pilates Bootcamp you have to attend
2 x Fitness Pilates Bootcamp classes per week
Plus unlimited extra classes for the 28 days!!!! (subject to availability)
You can choose which 2 sessions you can attend when booking. You must also follow the diet plan.
Our Fat loss Bootcamps take place at Studio Pilates, Ilkley at the Leeds Road and you must book in advance for the full 4 weeks.
The camp is open to everyone who is serous about losing weight and wants to become fitter and more healthy.
The cost of the Bootcamp is only £135 and this includes 2 x Fitness Pilates classes per week (7 people max), diet plans and guidelines, online advice, daily motivational e mails and inspiration, access to secret Facebook group, free unlimited extra classes- including reformer (subject to availability)!
Receive 10% discount if you already attend a class with us! And receive 15% discount if you have previously done Bootcamp with us.
